About Me
What my friends think I do
Sit in a cozy office all day, drinking herbal tea, nodding thoughtfully, and saying “Tell me more about that” while looking mysterious.
What my parents think I do
They’re not totally sure... but they’re just grateful that I am spending time talking about other people’s parents, not them.
What my patients think I do
Create a safe space where they can finally exhale, hear themselves differently, untangle old knots, and start writing a new story.
What Freud thinks I do
Focus on turning the unconscious conscious and searching for hidden meanings in... everything.
What I should be doing
Stop thinking about what others are thinking…
What I am actually doing

Listening deeply. Helping people reconnect with their strength, humor, and capacity to heal.

Challenging outdated narratives. Celebrating small victories.

And sometimes, yes, drinking herbal tea — but mostly doing the quiet, brave work of transformation alongside my patients.

Let’s meet :
Dr. Tamar (Tami) Lubitsh-White

If you’re looking for a therapist who believes healing is possible — and that sometimes laughter belongs in the room too — you’re in the right place.

My work over the years has been about more than helping people "cope." It's about helping people reconnect to their strength, story, and spark.

In clinical settings, I developed a client-centered approach that focused less on ticking boxes and more on creating real, lasting change. (Spoiler: real life doesn't fit neatly into checklists.)

I’ve specialized in psychological assessments, personalized treatment planning, and tailoring therapy to fit actual humans — messy, brilliant, growing humans — not textbook versions.

I also helped build a behavioral health program that aims to make therapy feel like a natural part of life—something you live, not something you "go to."

At the center of everything I do is the belief that collaboration, kindness, and a little creative thinking can change everything, one conversation at a time.

Now it’s time to hear something about you
